PC Foley has joined the Narberth team after working for a number of years in Pembrokeshire's Crime Management Unit.
She said: "I'm looking forward to getting out and about within the communities of Narberth section showing a police presence and providing a service to the public about the things that matter to them."
At the meeting residents were updated about action taken to target anti-social behaviour in Kilgetty.
The neighbourhood policing teams and local officers have increased patrols in the area, particularly on weekends.
Repeat victims of anti-social behaviour have been visited by the team and reassured regarding actions that are taking place.
The issue had also been brought to the attention of the Anti Social Behaviour committee and the team has launched a joint initiative with housing, the Anti Social Behaviour Reduction Officer and the Housing Association Officer to target the parents and children of the area who appear to be the cause of unacceptable behaviour.
The neighbourhood policing team are also working together with other agencies in a bid to get better facilities for young people locally, which the residents agreed should remain a priority for the coming month.
The meeting also asked for parking outside Narberth School in Jesse Road, where vehicles have been causing obstructions and damage to the grass verge, to be targeted along with raising awareness about seatbelts and child seats.
The next Narberth PACT takes place on March 2 at 7pm at the Bloomfield Community Centre, Narberth.
