Refurbishment work is being undertaken at the main stations in the force as part of the professionalising customer service project.
The upgrade aims to improve accessibility to the public and increase our focus on the customers that we serve.
Professionalising Customer Services is all about responding best to what you - the public of Dyfed Powys Police - need.
The changes, which include corporate hours for police station front counter services, will enhance our service to the public and be far more efficient and effective.
Refurbishment work on the front offices is ongoing but all the stations are providing alternative accommodation so that the front counters remain open inline with the corporate opening hours.
The corporate front desk opening times can now be found outside Police Stations and also on the Dyfed Powys Police Website.
