The Vauxhall Insignia Launches 10th January at W. P. Lewis and Son.
After the remarkable World Premier in July at the London Motor Show, the long awaited Vauxhall Insignia will be officially launched on Saturday 10th January at W. P. Lewis and Son. For people who want a sneak peak, they will be able to view our Insignia in their showroom on January 9th.
The importance of the Insignia's launch is huge as it marks a new chapter in
Vauxhall history. Already winning Car of the Year 2009, the car is full of new innovations such as Intelligent Adaptive Forward Lighting and Adaptive 4x4 with flexiride.
It is marketed as a premium car with premium features but will be still well priced. Driving an Insignia is not only a good decision, it's a fashion choice.
Adam Bateman, of W. P. Lewis and Son stated, "Having driven the Insignia, it's completely different to the outgoing Vectra. It feels much more expensive than it really is, the quality is magnificent. In my view, the Insignia has got to be one of the best cars coming into the market."
The Insignia will come in five trim levels, the S, Exclusiv, SRi, SE and Elite. There will be three body styles including the saloon, hatchback and sports tourer. Five engines will be available, including the petrol 1.8i 16v VVT, 2.0i 16v Turbo, 2.8i V6 24v Turbo and a choice of diesels, including the 2.0 CDTi 16v (130PS) and 2.0 CDTi 16v (160PS).
