Award winning cookery writer Sophie Grigson will be amongst the celebrity chefs appearing at this years festival and S4C chef Dudley Newbury and Angela Gray of Llanerch Food and Wine School have both confirmed that they are once again looking forward to attending our family friendly event this year.
Top local chef Alastair Vaan will also be demonstrating his skills using the best of local ingredients.
