Twenty six finalists won 21 medals including nine Gold, five Silver and seven Bronze.
The Urdd Junior and Senior Swimming Gala took place at Cardiff International Pool on Saturday and Sunday.
Junior swimmers competed on Saturday in the short course (25 metre) pool while Senior swimmers competed in the long course (50 metres) pool on Sunday.
The young swimmers, who train regularly with development clubs throughout the County, competed for their schools and had to qualify through regional rounds to make it to the final in Cardiff.
Fourteen youngsters qualified for the senior gala taking home four Gold, four Silver and five Bronze. They were: Tesni Galvin, Sam Lewis. Bethan Davie, Michael Hire, Ross Sutton, Lewys Canton, Jack Lear, Matt Davie, Claire Fitzpatrick-Smith, Jonathan Orchard, Carys Thomas, Hannah Saunders, Daniel Davies and Isabel Johns.
Meanwhile 12 qualified for the Junior Gala winning five Gold, one Silver and two Bronze. They were: Rhys Thomas, Isabelle Davies, Kelsey Williams, Talia Merriman, Ffion Davies, Alaric Jones, Sara Bevan, Joe Evans, Lucy Harding, Jevon Thomas, Joe Evans, Rowan Kettle and Megan Rogers.
Pembrokeshire Leisure's swimming development coach, Paul Dowey said the Urdd event was an opportunity for the young swimmers to represent their schools and demonstrate the competitive swimming skills they had developed at their local swimming clubs.
